Cooper Corp to produce ARAI approved gas gensets

Cooper Corporation is amongst the first in the industry to get approval from Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) to develop a series of gas generator sets (gensets) ranging from 10 KVA to 25 KVA. These are certified to be compliant with the new mass emission norms being administered by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) in India.

UCME plans to setup R and D centre in Pune

Universal Construction Machinery and Equipment, the construction equipment manufacturer is setting up R&D centre in Pune with a total investment of Rs 6 crore to develop new products. The Pune-based company has about 50 products in its portfolio with four verticals catering to mechanisation, concreting, material handling and processes. It has two manufacturing units in Pune and Satara in Maharashtra and one in Rudrapur in Uttaranchal.

Self-loading Concrete Mixer

The new launch will augment its leadership position in concreting equipment.The newly launched self- loading concrete mixer has been totally developed by in-house R&D team and is available in 2 and 4 cu m/h capacities. The product is ideal for projects which require constant shifting of machines like canal lining, road dividers, as well as windmill and irrigation projects. The machine can self load the aggregate, batch mix, transport and discharge the concrete at specific locations.

RInfra launches monitoring system

In response to increasing health concerns on account of rising environment pollution, Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra), part of Reliance Group, launched an environmental mobile monitoring system at the 140-km stretch of the Pune Satara corridor.The inauguration was done by Member of Parliament Shrimat Chhatrapati Udyan Raje Bhonsale at Annawadi Toll Plaza. Bhosale flagged off the mobile van at the venue.
